Pricing FAQs
-
Is there really a free plan?
-
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited inbound emails, GitHub Issues & Discussions, slash commands, the web form widget, spam detection, and attachment handling — with 100 outbound emails per month. No credit card required to start.
-
How do I upgrade?
-
Upgrade from the GitHub Marketplace, or simply type /upgrade on any GitHub Issue. Billing is handled by GitHub, so it appears on your existing GitHub invoice.
-
What counts as an outbound email?
-
An outbound email is any reply Scitor sends to a customer on your behalf (via /send, /sendall, or /reply). Inbound emails that create Issues are always unlimited, on every plan.
-
Can I change plans later?
-
Yes. You can move between Free, Pro, and Enterprise at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated through GitHub Marketplace billing.
