Your repository needs to have Discussions enabled, which can be selected in the Settings.
The emails will be delivered to category called Support or Helpdesk
or the first category which has the ability to select an answer as a solution.
You can just add comments in the created discussion thread.
When you want a specific comment to be send back to the original sender,
you add the keyword /send in the comment.
When the add on is registered, it will create a new discussion thread
containing instructions including the generated email address.
You can either directly email to that address or forward emails to this email address.
For example: support@yourdomain.com goes to ...@parse.scitor.io
We do a spam analysis on the incoming emails and allowing you to set a limit.
Next to that, you can block a specific sender.
No, we do not store email contents or addresses.
Emails do pass through our system and the email provider for delivering though.
Keep in mind that emails are by nature not a secure mechanism.
